TinyToolkit's source code, design, and original content are owned by TinyToolkit. The built-in nature sounds included with the Pomodoro Timer are royalty-free audio files. Individual tool implementations are provided for your use but remain the intellectual property of TinyToolkit.

Since all tool operations happen client-side, any content you process (text, images, audio files) remains entirely under your control. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process any files you use with our tools.

Specifically:
- We do not guarantee that the tools will be accurate, reliable, or available at all times
- Calculators (BMI, Age, etc.) are provided for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice
- The Password Generator uses cryptographically secure randomness, but we cannot guarantee absolute security
- Image processing tools may produce unexpected results with certain file formats or corrupted files
- We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from browser cache clearing or device failure
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyToolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.

TinyToolkit displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free service. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products/services they promote. Clicking on ads is at your own discretion.
